It took me years to realize I really didn’t like The Grateful Dead after all. I went to 5 shows and was about to go to a bunch of the 9 shows they had lined up at the Boston Garden when he died. I had T-shirts, bootlegs, the works. I freely admit I was a wannabe hippie for a fraction of my life. Yikes. If given the time and resources, I could statistically prove that they are the most overrated band of all time. However, I still enjoy the album “American Beauty”.
