One of the better, albeit overplayed songs of the 80s. Mike Campbell’s guitar was great, as usual.
At this point of the game, this title could be considered obscure. However, when the song came out I loved it, and still do.
There are a lot of different artists that could have inspired this puzzle, but I would venture a guess that it’s the heavy metal one!
I recently had to change the title of a puzzle, due to the fact that I titled one the very next line in the song accidentally. Jerry Cantrell never had a shortage of usable lines of lyric!
This song slowed me down on my journey to loving Rod Stewart. But I picked myself up, licked my wounds and persevered.
The inspiration for this puzzle goes without saying.
I have consistently forgotten to learn this riff since 1985.
