THE PUZZLING IS THE HARDEST PART

Must be a Tom Petty Fan.  Who the hell isn’t?!

DON’T COME A-HANGIN’ AROUND MY DOOR

I have always loved Burton Cummings’ voice and I am guessing (hint, hint) I am not alone.

VROOM, VROOM

Automobile-inspired puzzle.  And what a day for it.  I woke up and drove all day through NorCal and Muir Woods.  Try it sometime!

THIS IS NOT MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE!

Who doesn’t love the Talking Heads song that inspired this one?  I don’t want to know them.

SOMETHING TO PUZZLE HOME ABOUT

I missed Matt Pryor a couple months ago in San Francisco.  I was on my way there even.  I found out it was sold out and it was an incredible pain to continue the jaunt at the time.  I had this puzzle in my possession for a pic.  I am a big, big Get Up Kids fan and maybe someday I will get that pic.  Did I say maybe?  Anyone know Matt’s email?

PUZZLE! HIGH VOLTAGE

I am a big fan of Electric Six.  This is my puzzle I gave to them after a scorching set at one of my favorite venues in the world: The Casbah, San Diego, California.

SIR PUZZLE

Stevie Wonder-influenced puzzle

YOU CAN PONDER PERPETUAL MOTION

I always loved CCR and am still blown away at all the misfortune John Fogerty had with his legal battles.  He lost the publishing rights to his catalogue, then got sued for writing a song that sounded like a CCR song.  He got sued for sounding like himself!  Thank God he won and got awarded his legal fees.

RADIO BLAH BLAH

Queen-inpired puzzle.  I love the footage of Queen at Live Aid in Wembley.  Especially this song with all of the hands clapping in unison.  There will only be one Freddie Mercury.

A TICKET STUB IN YOUR HAND

My first Phish album was “Junta” and it clearly opened up a new chapter in my musical tastes.  I think Trey will be my favorite guitarist for the rest of my life.
